The Verona real estate market continued to strengthen in 2018 as measured by decreased average days on market and increased sales prices vs asking.
2019 has started out with a dearth of inventory. A mere 9 single family houses were for sale at the beginning of February. Inventory typically grows significantly in March and April to meet demand.
Barring a wave of new listings, early Spring could be a sellers market.
