John began his real estate career in 1976 at his family owned office, Suburban Essex Realty adjacent to the Franklin Theatre. He received his Broker License in 1978 and soon after assumed the role of Sales Manager. During this time, John recruited, trained, and helped motivate the sales agents to achieve their maximum potential while servicing the Nutley, Belleville, Bloomfield and Glen Ridge market areas. When Suburban Essex Realty closed the office in 1987, John decided to join a large real estate firm in West Orange, New Jersey. After expanding his territory to include West Orange, Montclair, and the West Essex areas, John was promoted to the position of Manager at the same large real estate company located in West Caldwell. After 2 years of recruiting, managing, training, and motivating a staff of 15-20 sales agents, John decided to return to listing and selling residential real estate on a full time basis for the same company at their Upper Montclair location.
As of March of 2010, John is pleased to be associated with Stanton Company Realtors located in Montclair, New Jersey.
John will be fully utilizing his vast real estate experience during the last 34 years in the Suburbs of Essex County and portions of Morris and Passaic County.
John has obtained the New Jersey Circle of Excellence Award in the years of 1997, 1998, 2002, 2003, and the Silver Level in 2001 representing sales in excess of $5 million. John has received numerous letters of recommendation for his honesty, knowledge, hard work ethic, and superior negotiating skills.
