Richard, a life-long resident of Montclair, joined Stanton Company in 1957. He is a past president of the West Essex Board of Realtors and the Montclair Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Montclair High School, Cornell University and the Johnson School of Management at Cornell. He served as a Lieutenant (jg) in the United States Navy.
